When will we begin booking rooms?

Booking of rooms most likely will officially begin after January 31st. Only your church coordinator will be able to help book rooms. Registration, however, must be done directly online. 

 

Will transportation be by plane or by bus?

It will be advised that attendees book their flight individually to NC. Arrival to venue is to be arranged individually. Be sure to arrive by 2PM at the airport! Be on campus at 4PM.

Nearby airports are: 

Asheville Regional -  25 minutes : Most convenient airport and to land in Ashville. Uber to location. .

Charlotte Douglas - 2 hrs:  Not the most convenient but doable.  Car rental needed.
Greenville/ Spartanburg - 1 hr. 20 min: 2nd most convenient and car rental would be needed.

McGhee Tyson (Knoxville) - 2 hrs. 15 min: Not a viable option.

 

Should participants book their flights individually now, or will flights be arranged as a group?

Participants should plan to book their flights individually.

 

How many people will be assigned to each room?

There are double rooms and single rooms. Double rooms will take up to 2 people per room (each person paying $407). Single rooms pay $571. These prices include 5 meals and 2-night coverage.

 

Will roommates be assigned, or can participants request roommates?

It is best to sign up with a roommate in mind. Your church coordinator will take the names of the person you desire to room with.

 

Are there scholarships or financial assistance options available?

At this moment, no official scholarships or financial assistance are available.

 

Is the registration fee refundable if a participant can no longer attend?

Registration fee is non-refundable. It is part of ensuring participants’ commitment to attend.

 

Is it allowed for someone to travel with a participant and stay after the retreat for personal vacation?

If you desire to stay after the retreat, that would be something to coordinate directly with the venue.

 

Is there an age limit?

The age range includes range of 22 - 40 years old.

May church coordinators attend?

Anyone, 22 - 40 years and up, single, dating, or engaged to marry as bible believing Christians are invited to attend.
